Covid-19 Update

We  would like to assure our customers that we are doing everything we can to ensure that safe practices and procedures are being followed during the current Covid-19 situation. 

These things include: using gloves and masks when we are on your property, and applying a sanitizing agent to all of our equipment (hoses, sprayers, wands, footwear, touch-points on truck and truckmount, etc.) 

We also require you to respect social distancing. 

We will also need to ask you the following questions before we come out to clean your carpets:

  • Have you travelled internationally in the past 2 weeks? (You may be asked if you’ve travelled internationally within a longer time frame, ie. 3-4 weeks.) 
  • Do you or anyone on the property have a cough or fever?
  • Have you been in contact with anyone with a cough or fever?
  • Have you been in contact with anyone with a confirmed case of Covid-19?

And of course, we will ask ourselves these very same questions before we come onto your property.  

To help serve our customers better, we ask that if you do need to reschedule your appointment, to schedule your appointment 6-8 weeks into the future

This allows you to maintain your place in line while the situation continues to be evaluated.
